Sales Manager for Resort Community
Responsibilities * Leading the project sales team to meet or beat the business plan targets and sales goal * Managing and motivating an effective sales team * Providing daily/weekly sales management through effective sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, training, team building exercises etc. * Monitoring and managing the sales budgets * Monitoring and assessing local competition and their sales program * Building and maintaining authentic, functioning relationships with the partner/client, customer and co-op real estate community * Participating in problem solving as it relates to daily challenges for the respective team members Qualifications * 5+ years experience within the real estate industry, with verifiable history of results * 3+ years experience in a real estate Sales Director role, leading a large team * General business experience including bottom line responsibilities * Resort Real Estate experience strongly preferred
