Resort Supervisor/Manager

Oversees the daily operation of all resort departments including, but not limited to: Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

General duties will include:

- Produces relevant weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as directed by the Resort Manager.
- Hires, trains, develops, disciplines, terminates resort staff.
- Monitors and systematically enhances levels of guest service by designing and implementing related initiatives.
- Establishes, maintains and complies with company standards, policies and procedures.
